Two people killed after plane crash near Hull, UK

Two people have died after a Boeing 737-800 plane crashed near Hull.

The plane, registered to U.S.-based aircraft maker Boeing, went down in the coastal town of Dorset around 1 p.m. local time (4 p.g.)


The cause of the crash is under investigation.

The cause of a plane crash in the UK’s Cheshire county, which includes Dorset, is still under investigation, the British Transport Police said.

The National Transportation Safety Board said the pilot had left the control tower at 10:23 a.m., and the aircraft had taken off at 10.52 a.c.

The pilot had a history of medical issues.

The airline said the crew were not on any medical evacuation flight.
