Why are the Scottish people so homophobic?

I’ve been writing about homophobia in Scotland for a while now, and I think I’ve finally found a reason why people in Scotland tend to be so homophobic.

In this episode, I’m joined by Gayly Scotland’s Matt Kittle to discuss why Scottish people tend to find it so difficult to come out to others about their sexuality.

The conversation starts with the idea of being gay and how that can affect your ability to be accepted by others, then focuses on why we think homophobia is so important and how it relates to the lives of gay people in society.
